Langley End Dexter Beef can be purchased in the following ways:
- The Specialty 5 kg Pack – Topside and Silver side Joints, Braising Steak, Mince, Rump & Sirloin Steaks.
- The Quarter 20 Kg Pack – This includes every cut from a beef animal.
- Joints: Rib of Beef, Topside, Sirloin (Joint or steaks), Brisket and Silverside
- Steaks: Sirloin, Rump and fillet.
- Other Cuts: Braising Steak (whole or diced) Chuck and shin for stews and mince or beef burgers.
We also supply any cut required, further details upon request.
